About Our Firm

Robert Tolle graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in 1972, from the St. John's University School of Law with a J.D. in 1977 and is admitted to practice in the state of New York as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Tolle is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association.

Mr. Tolle started his career over thirty years ago working for a

firm representing landlords throughout New York City.  After

gaining over four years experience in Housing Court, Mr. Tolle

decided to start his own landlord/tenant firm and has been

representing landlords and property owners in Queens County

ever since.

Mr. Tolle believes that as he only represents landlords and property owners, he has the ability to be a strong and effective advocate for his clients in Housing Court.

Jacqueline ("Jackie") is the firm's legal assistant and has over 15 years of experience in the landlord/tenant field.  Jackie handles the firm's initial client consultations as well as the intake interviews.
